Head Coach Gina Dhom
Coach Gina has been with the team over 11 years working with different groups from Novice through the Masters.  She currently works primarily with the Senior, High School, and Masters Groups and oversees the assistant coaches and their groups.  An alumni of the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), she studied psychology with an emphasis in sports motivation.  To continue her education she reads and studies from courses offered through ASCA, USAS, USMS, ACE, and other sports education services.  She is an avid triathlete competing many times over the season in triathlons, bike races, run races, and open water events.  She is also the Head Coach of the Willamette High School swim team, a triathlon coach, and a personal trainer.

Coach Jennifer Thompson
Coach Jennifer has been with the team over 6 years working with various groups of all ages and abilities.  She has worked with the Novice, Age Group, High School and Masters groups.  Currently she is coaching Age Group and Novice.  She is a swimmer herself and often competes in masters meets around the state. 

Coach Dan Schmitt
Coach Dan is currently on his third year coaching with the team.  He works with the masters but has worked with age group swimmers as well.  He has a long and varied athletic background and is currently a competitive triathlete and swimmer.  By day he is an artist working in the ceramics medium and teaches ceramics at the U of O.  He travels the country selling his art and has curated many art shows as well. 

Coach Elise Fischbach
Coach Elise is currently working with the kids in the Novice group and the dryland program, designing and implementing safe and fun ways to strengthen for swim training!  She has an extensive coaching background from age group to high school to college. She has herself been a college level swimmer and enjoys working with kids both in the water and at an elementary school where she teaches kindergarten.

Coach Cory Earhart

Coach Cory is our newest addition to the coaching staff.  He is the head Novice and Age Group Coach running the dryland workout for Novice thru Age Group 2, Coaching the Novice and evening masters and setting up and attending mini meets and weekend meets.  His enthusiasm for the sport is both motivating and fun to be around!
